Enjoy an evening filled with tasty vegan dishes made with the best organic ingredients of the season. Choose between 2 courses for 335 kr. or 3 courses for 395 kr. and indulge in our combination of classics and new, creative flavors.
STARTER
Pan-fried asparagus.
Cream cheese, lemon baked radishes, pickled, green tomatoes, rye bread crumble, chive oil, watercress.
MAIN DISH
Grilled cabbage.
Polenta Creme, shiitake mushrooms, spinach a'la Creme, grilled lemon, roasted hasselnuts, herbs.
DESSERT
Marzipan cake.
Lemon butter cream, dark chocolate, thyme syrup, fresh lemon thyme.
WINE MENU
Our wine menu is carefully curated in collaboration with the local wine merchant. Each glass is selected to complement our vegan dishes and give you the best tasting experience. We adapt the wine menu to our dishes every month.
RIESLING KALKSTEIN
From the Palatinate region in Germany comes this super elegant Riesling, with a nice spicy aroma and a fine minerality. The taste is dry with delicious nuances of green apples and lime. Perfect match with asparagus.
VOL DE NUIT
The wine has a beautiful, glossy pink/rosé color with a golden hue. On the nose, the nuances of small red berries dominate with characters of red currant, raspberry and cranberry, but there are also more delicate notes of roses and white wild flowers. The taste is very classically Provençal, dry with delicious fruit and a hint of spice.
MOSCATO D'ASTI
Moscato d'Asti from Ca' del Baio has an almost perfect balance between sweetness and freshness. It has the delicate and exotic fruit character of the Moscato grape but is not overwhelming. It is a very charming and delicate wine.
