Enjoy an evening filled with tasty vegan dishes made with the best organic ingredients of the season. Choose between 2 courses for 305 kr. or 3 courses for 365 kr. and indulge in our combination of classics and new, creative flavors.
STARTER
Salt-baked carrot tossed in nori seaweed. Served with "rævesovs", black caviart, mizuna and fresh dill.
MAIN DISH
Chicken-free salad with oyster mushrooms and white asparagus, topped with fried rice paper and watercress.
Peace fish with remoulade, lemon and dill.
Mushroom rolls with brown sauce, mayo, warmed red cabbage and caramelised red currants.
Served with rye bread, bread and herb butter
DESSERT
Risalamande with cherry sauce, white chocolate, caramelized almond slices and amaranth.
WINE MENU
Our wine menu is carefully curated in collaboration with the local wine merchant. Each glass is selected to complement our vegan dishes and give you the best tasting experience. We adapt the wine menu to our dishes every month.
RIESLING TROCKEN
Well-balanced Riesling from Pfalz in Germany. Dry and refreshing with notes of citrus and green apples.
OCHO TEMPRANILLO
This red wine from Navarra in Spain is very aromatic with beautiful spicy nuances in both aroma and taste. A hint of sweetness and a good crispness make for a very complex wine on the palate.
TAWNY PORT, QUINTA DA TROVISCA, PORTUGAL
This tawny port has been aged for 4 years and has a beautiful reddish brown color. The aroma offers a delicate blend of candied fruit, plums, hazelnuts and dried figs. On the palate, you'll find the same aromas and a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity to support the very harmonious structure.
