Our wine menu is carefully curated in collaboration with the local wine merchant. Each glass is selected to complement our vegan dishes and give you the best tasting experience. We adapt the wine menu to our dishes every month.
MONTAIGNAN GRENACHE ROSÉ
This delightful rosé wine comes from southern France and has a delicate light pink color. The bouquet has delicious aromas of fresh red fruits followed by floral notes and a hint of wild herbs. The taste is dry, juicy, and fresh, balanced by a creamy, delicious aftertaste.
VILLEBOIS SAUVIGNON BLANC
A fresh, dry, and mineral white wine from the Loire Valley in northern France, made from Sauvignon blanc grapes. Light, clear color, open, rich aroma with elderflower, among other things, and a very clear, clean taste with a fine, fruity acidity in the finish.
MAS MOMENTOS MOSCATEL
This delightful dessert wine comes from Spain and has a beautiful lemon-yellow color. The very aromatic and immediate aroma offers nuances of jasmine, white peaches, apricot, and a hint of acacia blossom. The same nuances are found in the taste, which is sweet, velvety, and fresh.
